We are also working with local producers and guests of the restaurant to create unique dinning experiences.  S.A.L.T. regularly hosts beer dinners, wine dinners, and our own twist on the multi-course dinner menu, the “Death Row Dinner”.  In what is perhaps the ultimate expression of comfort food, one person is asked to come up with their favorite foods and drinks as if they were to have their last meal.  Our chef team then prepares a meal based around that person’s most personal food wish.  (These dinners must be planned in advance and are limited in seating.)

In an effort to further reach out into the community, S.A.L.T. will also be working with other Chefs in the area to host a guest chef night.  Our goal is to create a monthly “S.A.L.T.ernate Sunday Chef Dinner” where a Chef from the area will come to S.A.L.T. and work with our staff in an effort to create a unique meal for one night only.
